We want to apologize for the inconvenience, and we will try to fix any reported issues as soon as possible, so that everyone can enjoy a better version of IfSunSets.

Please make sure to go through the following steps before sending a Bug report.

• Please check if the game is updated to the latest version

• Update your drivers

  • Please check if Graphics Card drivers are updated to the latest version

• Verify game files on Steam

  • On you Steam Library click with right-click on IfSunSets
  • Choose Properties...
  • Click on Installed Files
  • Click at the Verify integrity of game files button.

• Backup your Save File Delete the config file

  • First, save your Folder with your Save Files.
  • Go to the following Folder (copy the following line and paste it into your file browser): %USERPROFILE%\\AppData\\Local\\IFSS\\Saved\\SaveGames\\
  • Or if you use steam cloud, check THIS URL, Where you can download the save file.
  • Copy and paste the Save Files from the SaveGames folder to a secure location
  • Now it is time to delete your Configuration files
  • Go to the following Foler (copy the following line and paste it into your file browser): %USERPROFILE%\\AppData\\Local\\
  • Delete the IFSS Folder
  • Start the game again.
  • If everything works, copy the Save Files back to: %USERPROFILE%\\AppData\\Local\\IFSS\\Saved\\SaveGames
