Regarding the creation of videos and images using captured footage and screenshots from the IfSunSets game, for which the developer and publisher hold the copyright, the developer and publisher will not claim copyright infringement against individuals or organizations for monetizing such content (including live streaming) through the official monetization systems provided by digital platforms.

• There is no specific restriction on which digital platforms the videos and images can be shared and posted.
• This policy encompasses only the intellectual property owned and managed by the developer and publisher. The use of any intellectual property owned by a third party, other than the developer or publisher, in the creation of videos or images requires permission from the respective rights holder.
• Posts that involve illegal actions, such as pirating game software or cracking games, are strictly prohibited.
• The following guidelines only apply to IfSunSets and does not apply to other works by Smilegate.
